How big is the bag?

We offer a 600 litre garden bag.

 

How often is pick up?

We collect full garden bags on a regular four weekly collection schedule. Also, we provide a calendar with the circled dates of your collection pickups.

 

How much does the service cost?

Please phone us for prices and ask about our 6 monthly or yearly pre-paid specials.

 

How many pick ups per year?

We schedule 13 collections per calendar year.

 

Can I pay monthly?

Of course! We accept cash, cheque or online bank payments.

 

What garden waste cannot be put in the garden bags and wheelie bins?

We only deal with organic green waste.
We do not accept flax, palms, dirt or creeping plants.
Please - NO household rubbish.

INORGANIC RUBBISH
WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED

ALL GARDEN BAGS MUST NOT CONTAIN THE FOLLOWING ITEMS:
Household Rubbish, Paper, Platic etc, Flax, Bamboo, Rocks, Phoenix Palms etc, Plastic Punnets, Punnet tubs, String, Hot Ashes etc, Branches/Sticks (no thicker than your wrist), Creepers, Ginger Plants, Wandering Jew etc. THERE WILL BE A PENALTY IF ANY OF THE ABOVE ITEMS ARE IN YOUR GARDEN BAG. A warning letter will be left in your letterbox. After 1 warning there will be a charge of $20.00 per bag to cover operating expenses and disposing of the inorganic rubbish.
